2. How to request a cancellation
Contact us by calling +91 99143 91215 or emailing ghumterahotravels@gmail.com. Include the booking name, booking reference (if available), travel date, pickup and destination. Please request written acknowledgement so you have a record of when the cancellation was received.
3. Cancellation charges and applicable conditions
Cancellation conditions can vary according to the route, date, vehicle arrangement, booking stage and any third-party commitments made for the journey. Before you confirm a booking or pay an advance, we will provide the applicable cancellation deadline, any cancellation charge, any non-refundable amount and the refund conditions in the quotation or booking confirmation. Please review and accept those terms before payment. This website does not advertise a universal cancellation percentage or fixed fee; the booking-specific terms communicated before confirmation will apply, subject to applicable law.
4. Refunds
If a refund is due under the terms confirmed for your booking, we will communicate the approved amount and refund method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the original payment method, bank or payment provider. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the confirmed booking terms and applicable law.
5. Changes to a booking
Requests to change the travel date, pickup location, destination, vehicle category or itinerary are subject to availability. A change may affect the fare or require a fresh quotation. Please contact us as early as possible. A requested change is not confirmed until we acknowledge it.
6. If the service cannot be provided
If Ghumte Raho Travels cannot provide a confirmed service, we will contact you to discuss an available alternative or the return of amounts paid for the portion of service not provided, subject to the circumstances, the booking confirmation and applicable law.
7. Delays and circumstances outside reasonable control
Weather, road closures, traffic, landslides, local restrictions and other events may disrupt travel. Please contact us as soon as possible if your journey is affected. Any rescheduling, alternative arrangement or refund will be discussed with reference to the booking terms and applicable law.
